Set off from the award-winning Al Azhar Park where you meet your guide. On over 28 hectares, Al Azhar Park is charmingly located. Meander through the breathtaking nature of Al Azhar park; from lakes, fountains, and landscapes, learn about its history and take in panoramic views from atop.
Then make your way to El Darb Al-Ahmar, Egypt’s historical district from the early times, and start your discovering journey to a series of Mamluk-era architectural and historical gems.
Start with the Tarabay Al-Sharifi funerary complex, Prince Alin Aq Palace, cross its ancient bridge to Khayer-Bek Complex. Travel back in time to the times when people used to drink from Sabil and learn at El-Kuttab.
